Adamantea is an ascendant archmage of Mind, meaning she is part of the underlying mechanics of reality that govern minds, consciousness, feelings, thoughts, dreams, etc. Reading thoughts and feelings isn't her working magic, really, just her performing an action.

Which translates to: she is an apex telepath / omnipath with virtually unlimited power, as well as an equally capable empath.

By default she is actively self- and Admiral-limited while a Barge passenger & passively reads primarily surface thoughts & feelings: whatever a character is experiencing in the moment and potentially some longer-term contextual thoughts the current context has primed for. For the sake of RP, without an OOC check-in she will only actively reference or utilize information she has gathered in threads with her current thread partner.

Active uses of magic -- i.e. temporary emotion-dampening, instant-calm, feelings-editing, memory-editing, etc. -- will always have OOC check-in. This is primarily information she might gleam passively; she is actively trying not to push and look at things people don't necessarily want to share with her. (It'd be unethical, and if she does it people won't want to willingly share things with her! That's bad.)

This doesn't mean she always succeeds, because it's like breathing for her to Know You, but in general she won't actively intervene even if someone is an active danger to themself or others as long as it's on the Barge. (If real and permanent death is definitely 100% on the table... that's another story.)

IS MY CHARACTER UNREADABLE?: Would it be difficult or impossible to read your character's mind (i.e. they are another divinity, a psychic null, something else)?
IS THERE ANYTHING UNUSUAL GOING ON WITH MY CHARACTER'S MIND OR EMOTIONS?: Extreme cognitive dissonance? Alexithymia? Psychic surgery? Computer for a brain? Multiple people? 
ANYTHING SHE SHOULDN'T BRING UP?: Anything she shouldn't act on / bring up?
ANYTHING SHE SHOULD BRING UP?: Anything deeper than surface-level you might want her bringing up? 
CAN SHE BE CALLED?: Adamantea can 'hear' / sense her name being mentally 'called'. If this occurs in a thread she's not in, does she have permission to know further things that happen in it? 
ANYTHING ELSE?: Any other permissions / restrictions you'd like to play with?
